Information
We do also specialize in repairs, depending on what the technical issue is with the kids vehicle. A non refundable deposit of R150 is required in order for our technicians to inspect the issue. Should the customer choose to proceed with the repair quote, this amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
Kids new electric cars carry a 6 month warranty. The warranty does not apply to the battery, remote control or charger. should the battery, charger or remote be reported as faulty within the first 7 days, kids a lot will replace at our cost.
Items may be returned during the first 5 working days after purchase, ensuring that the product is received back to us in its original packaging and the same condition it was sold in. Any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection will be for the customers account. Should the product be found to have a fault, Kids A Lot will first attempt to repair, failing which we will replace the goods and should the problem still persist, only then will we do a refund.
