Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery

Order online and have your items delivered to your door within 2-7 working days. Outlying and coastal areas can take up to 10 working days. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders are subject to product availability, If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

​Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately should the item be defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item within 7 days, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within the first 7 working days after receiving the goods, provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging or in the same condition in which it was sold. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. All delivery and collection costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, a 10% handling fee will be charged if items are not returned in their original packaging and condition in which it was received. If a product is found to be faulty, Kidsalot will first attempt to repair it. If the issue persists, we will replace the item, and only if the problem continues will a refund be issued.

To book a return, you can contact us at info@kidsalot.co.za or click the link on the website. If your return is accepted, we will then send you a return shipping label as well as further instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will then process the refund within the next 7 working days. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, less the original shipping fee.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges for all returns shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping fees for all returns ,must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damages during shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for any injury, harm, or damage that may occur as a result of improperly assembled products.
